The Hot melting Machine is used to melt EPS, EPP, EPE material. It contains three units: Hopper, Crusher, and Extruder parts. It is easy for the people to feed the material inside thanks for the new design of the hopper. After feeding, the blades of the crusher would crush the big scrap into small pieces, and then the material fall down into the barrel in small pieces and taken to extruder directly. At the head of the barrel, there are two ceramic heaters to melt the material.
